Plain version first: a RAUS subscription ships every 8 weeks, charges your card when it ships, and you can skip, pause or cancel from your account at any time with no fee. Here are the details.
How it works
- You pick a box: The Blackhead Kit, The Routine, or The System. Every box is a 60-day supply. Single products are buy-once and don't subscribe.
- Your card is charged when you place the first order, then again every 8 weeks when the next box ships. The subscription price is a flat amount below the one-time price ($35 instead of $39 for the Kit, $53 instead of $59 for The Routine, $99 instead of $109 for The System) and is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.
- Before each renewal we email you. You can skip that box or move the date from your account.
Cancelling
Log in to your account, open Subscriptions, and click Cancel. That's it. No call, no chat, no retention offers. You can also email support@raus.co and we'll cancel it for you within one business day. Cancel before the renewal charge and you won't be billed again; cancel after and the Refund Policy covers that box.
Pausing
Pause from the same screen. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you resume.
Price changes
If we ever raise the price of your box, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a charge fails we retry up to three times over 7 days and email you each time. If it still fails, the subscription is cancelled and you're notified; nothing ships and you owe nothing. Start a new one any time.
Your consent
By starting a subscription you agree to recurring charges on the schedule above until you cancel. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
