RAUS is a brand of Excellent Era LLC, 10621 Lawson River Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 ("RAUS," "we," "us"). By using this website or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order. Our products are intended for adults.

2. Our products

Degrease Wash, Unclog Pads and Clearcoat SPF 30 are over-the-counter drug products regulated by the US FDA. Use them as directed on the Drug Facts panel. Night Shift Serum, Day Job Gel and Pull Patches are cosmetics. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are using prescription retinoids or acne medication, talk to your doctor before using our products. Stop use and contact us if irritation persists.

3. What we promise and what we don't

We describe results honestly: most people see fewer new blackheads by week 4 and improved texture by week 8 with consistent use. Individual results vary. We don't promise that any product will clear every blackhead or work for every person, and the 60-day guarantee in our Refund Policy is the remedy if it doesn't work for you.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel any order for suspected fraud, resale, or errors in pricing or availability, and we'll refund you in full if we do. We don't sell to resellers.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically every 8 weeks until you cancel. The full terms, including how to cancel, are in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Your account and content

Keep your login private. If you send us photos, reviews or messages, you give us permission to use them to improve and promote RAUS, with your name removed unless you tell us otherwise. Don't post anything unlawful, false or that isn't yours.

8. Intellectual property

RAUS, the RAUS logo, the dot, our product names and everything on this site belong to Excellent Era LLC. You can share it; you can't copy it to sell something.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before anyone files anything, email us; we resolve almost everything with a refund or a replacement. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, unless the law says otherwise.
