The RAUS guarantee

Use your first order for 60 days. If you don't see a difference, email support@raus.co within 90 days of delivery and we refund that order in full to your original payment method. No return, no photo. One guarantee refund per customer, on the first order only, whether it's a single or a kit. Subscription renewals and later orders fall under the standard return policy. Refunds post within 7 business days of your email.

Why 60 days

Every RAUS box is a 60-day supply because that's how long the ingredients take to show anything. So that's how long we ask you to use it before you decide. Judge it at week four; the full read is week eight.

What "in full" means

The product price and any shipping you paid on that order, back to the card or wallet you paid with. Not store credit.

What it doesn't cover

Second and later orders, subscription renewals, and orders older than 90 days from delivery. Those fall under the Refund Policy: unopened products can be returned free within 30 days.
